A GovOS Case Study
Culver City’s webmaster, Anissa Di Vincente, faced the common municipal challenge of modernizing citizen and internal services: reduce paper, eliminate browser-based submission errors, and make forms easier to find and complete so staff and residents save time. The city wanted predictability and efficiency while improving accessibility and environmental impact.
Culver City implemented SeamlessGov for public and internal forms and advanced workflows, using features like conditional logic, PDF wizards, and the GRM™ for tags and triggers to automate routing. Implementation was quick with minimal training; the city now runs 115 forms with 2,352 submissions, averaging 20.5 submissions per form and saving 15 minutes per submission—588 total hours saved—while improving IT routing and staff peace of mind.
