A global accountancy firm sought an engaging way to energize its new graduate hires and integrate them into its collaborative culture. GoVida implemented "The Auditor’s Great Escape," a month-long, story-driven step challenge. The solution featured two competing factions—existing staff as Guards and new graduates as Escapees—who logged steps and wellbeing activities to either chase or advance an escape route. This approach by GoVida successfully fostered cross-team bonds and a playful rivalry. The results included an 86% engagement rate and a 15% increase in activity levels, with graduates reporting they felt part of the team from day one.
