Ytel, a cloud communications platform that handles billions of annual voice, SMS, and email interactions, was struggling with a homegrown billing system that couldn’t scale to support variable, usage‑based pricing, prepaid balances, carrier surcharges, taxes, or NetSuite integration. These limitations caused revenue leakage (one account accumulated over $100,000 in unpaid usage before detection) and forced executives to spend one to two weeks per month reconciling invoices and collections. Ytel selected Gotransverse’s cloud-based intelligent billing and subscription management platform to address these challenges.

Gotransverse implemented its billing platform to automate rating, billing, revenue recognition, dunning, prepaid aggregation and auto top-ups, volume discounts, mixed-service invoices, and NetSuite/payments integration.
