Salesforce Gotransverse Leveraged to Support Client Growth

Advanced Technology Group faced a rapidly growing marketing-technology business hampered by a home-grown, inflexible billing system: technical debt, slow month-end closes, missing integrations, and many manual processes threatened future product expansion and scalability. To address this, the customer engaged Gotransverse and leveraged goTransverse tooling alongside Salesforce integrations to replace the legacy billing platform.

ATG consultants used their Atlas Implementation Framework®, built a custom ERP connector, and implemented the goTransverse Toolkit (integrating the TRACT platform with Salesforce) to automate Quote-to-Cash workflows. As a result, Gotransverse’s solution helped reduce month-end close by several days, removed the need for development operations support, expanded financial and operational reporting, and delivered a scalable, high-performance rating engine to support future monetization and product offerings.
