QSC Launches Q‑SYS™ Reflect Enterprise Manager Using Gotransverse to Handle New Subscription Billing

QSC, a global leader in high-performance AV hardware and maker of the Q-SYS™ Reflect Enterprise Manager cloud platform, needed a new billing approach to support subscription-based enterprise software licensed by number of managed devices and sold through direct and channel partners worldwide. QSC engaged Gotransverse to move from one-time hardware sales to recurring revenue while addressing device-based licensing validation, automated invoicing, partner commissions, and international billing requirements.
