One Company Uses Gotransverse Billing Mediation Engine to Automate Invoices Generated in Workday Financials

One Company, a global managed cloud data services provider, needed to bill complex, usage-based and subscription services across multiple systems (Salesforce, ServicePath, Workday). Their existing Workday-based billing couldn’t scale to mediate raw usage into accurate invoices or provide reliable audit trails, so One Company adopted Gotransverse’s billing mediation engine and the Gotransverse Connector for Workday to replace manual processes and automate invoice generation.

Gotransverse implemented a mediation layer that normalizes and rates usage from Salesforce/ServicePath, handles errors, duplicates and exceptions, and exports mediated billing to Workday while archiving usage in Snowflake. The Gotransverse solution supports six pricing models (tiered, discounts, minimums, special terms), local tax and currency handling, and now delivers automated invoicing, dependable usage tracking and auditability, and a scalable billing infrastructure as the business expands.
