Ethoca Chooses Gotransverse to Manage Sophisticated Chargeback Billing

Ethoca, the global collaboration-based technology provider that helps card issuers and e‑commerce merchants stop fraud and eliminate chargebacks, faced the challenge of monetizing a cloud-based, high-volume ecosystem with complex, variable pricing (by transaction, value and outcome), multi-country/currency support and enterprise scale. To replace its in‑house and legacy billing systems, Ethoca selected Gotransverse’s intelligent billing platform to provide out‑of‑the‑box rating, configurability and extensible integration with systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

Gotransverse implemented its enterprise billing solution and went live within three months, integrating with Ethoca’s CRM, ERP and proprietary systems and supporting 20 different rating models for 5,400 merchants with over 1,500 invoice lines. The platform handles multiple currencies, exchange rates, direct/reseller billing and outcome‑based pricing, enabling Ethoca to compress the billing workflow, reduce staffing requirements, increase efficiency and plan to consolidate its entire billing infrastructure on Gotransverse.
