Goldbach neXT AG, the digital marketer and technology center for Goldbach and the TX Group, needed a unified way to manage digital campaigns after the merger of Tamedia and Goldbach. With goTom and its SaaS product goTom Marketer, the company set out to standardize processes, merge products, and connect all group systems into one order management platform.

goTom developed the needed software modules in just ten months, including automation for third-party inventory and credit note processes, and connected external ad servers such as Xandr and Google Ad Manager. As a result, Goldbach neXT now runs all digital campaigns through a single platform from planning to billing, managing hundreds of thousands of ad server placements and millions of data records while freeing staff to focus more on customer advice and strategy.
