Bronx Community Health Network (BCHN), a non-profit community-based health organization, needed to implement a new strategic plan and build a foundation to support organizational growth and change. They engaged the vendor gothamCulture to design and facilitate an all-staff retreat aimed at fostering team-building, improving communication, and preparing the team for the upcoming reorganization.

gothamCulture facilitated a discovery process and a one-and-a-half-day retreat for BCHN's entire staff and management. The intervention led to a significant increase in the management team's executive maturity and their ability to shape organizational culture. As a result, leaders formed a staff volunteer committee to provide recommendations on changing policies and identified best practices for communicating strategic goals throughout the organization.
