To do that, it worked with Swirl and used Swirl’s livestream shopping solution to create more interactive, direct online shopping experiences.

Swirl designed a livestream plan around a new phone launch, using gamification, polls, discounts, a Diwali campaign, and post-event retargeting, with in-store experts hosting live demos, unboxings, and real-time reviews. The campaign drove 2 million total views, 17,583 sales conversions, 2 minutes average watch time, and a 15x return on investment, leading Vivo to extend its contract with Swirl for two more years.
