SWIRL worked with Kamppi Helsinki, one of the busiest shopping centers in the Nordics, to tackle a seasonal drop in footfall and revenue after the holiday rush. The mall wanted a way to showcase new attractions and keep customers engaged during the cold winter months, while encouraging both online and in-person shopping through live video commerce.
Using SWIRL’s livestream shopping solution, Kamppi Helsinki launched a series of shoppable live events featuring mall tours, themed sessions, store-owner interviews, and limited-time offers, supported by a custom event page and social promotions. The campaign delivered 20 livestream events, 7k+ total viewers, 26 minutes of average view time, and 3,000 conversions, helping increase sales, strengthen the brand, and drive interest in visiting the mall.
