Mulmul, a designer fashion boutique in India, partnered with SWIRL to address the challenge of capturing attention from the thousands of new shoppers it sees during festive and wedding season, when visitors are often distracted and browsing for inspiration. The brand wanted a more memorable way to guide customers through their purchase journey and keep them engaged on its website.

Using SWIRL’s live video commerce solution, Mulmul launched livestream shopping events, shoppable videos, and influencer-led video carousels to showcase festive collections, styling tips, and bestsellers. The campaign drove more than 60,000 total views, over 8,000 unique livestream viewers and 47,000 unique shoppable-video viewers, 3x higher engagement, 4x more time spent on the website, and 3.9 million+ worth of items added to cart.
