BPC marketplace BaGallery 10X'd its impact with a successful phygital live commerce campaign

SWIRL worked with Bagallery, a top beauty and personal care marketplace in Pakistan, as it looked to use its first live commerce campaign to do more than promote deals. The company wanted to create a memorable, innovative event that would drive awareness, engagement, and incremental growth, while making the most of its partner-brand relationships.

Using SWIRL’s livestream shopping and one-to-one personal shopping solutions, Bagallery launched a phygital campaign featuring a live gameshow streamed online and on billboards, quizzes and contests, a custom live shopping page, 90 live shopping events, and virtual beauty consultations. SWIRL helped deliver a 65% increase in engagement and 4,000 buy now conversions, alongside 8,750 comments, 14,000 in video watch time, and more than 14,000 total users.
