Crocs steps into new territory by using GoSpotCheck to boost accountability and verify consistency

Crocs, Inc., a global leader in casual footwear since 2002 with more than 300 million pairs sold across 90+ countries, faced a fragmented, manual process for store audits and retail execution. Samantha Rice, Director of Retail Operations, reported that teams relied on paper and Excel workflows that were slow, couldn’t attach photos, and made it difficult for corporate to track visits, enforce visual standards, monitor planogram compliance, and maintain loss-prevention controls.

Crocs implemented GoSpotCheck, using Missions (surveys) with photo uploads, conditional questions, mandatory sections, and a customizable dashboard to aggregate data and scores by store. The solution gave district managers image-backed, filterable reporting—showing which stores were visited, time between visits, and visit duration—streamlining audits, boosting accountability and consistency, and making execution and loss-prevention oversight easier and more actionable.
