North Florida Sales (NFS) is a Florida-based distributor of Anheuser‑Busch and other brands with 35+ outside salespeople calling on more than 2,500 accounts across eleven counties. NFS struggled to verify in-store execution—relying on the honor system and time‑consuming physical inspections—making it difficult to track whether merchandising, displays, and other account tasks were completed.
