Astrella needed to build a modern, scalable SaaS platform from the ground up to manage shareholder data, moving from a waterfall process to Agile to accelerate delivery. To solve this, Gorilla Logic designed and built the entire platform using .Net, Angular, and Azure, incorporating blockchain for security. They deployed three core Agile teams for web, mobile, and integrations, delivering the SaaS solution in just ten months and launching native iOS and Android apps on schedule. The results included meeting an aggressive launch timeline, establishing Agile best practices adopted by the parent company, and earning a 5-star Apple store review, with the customer notably impressed by the speed of delivery.
