Gorilla Logic worked with a real estate and property management technology company serving 25,000+ clients across 23 U.S. states. The customer relied on third-party tools like AppFolio and Propertyware, which limited access to its own data and slowed analytics and reporting, while Tableau connected to BigQuery caused sluggish report loading and the existing database setup made logging and audits difficult.

Gorilla Logic built a new data infrastructure from scratch, including core database modules, a Python and GCP bucket-based ETL pipeline into PostgreSQL, improved reporting workflows for BigQuery-to-Tableau, and automated logging and pipeline management with GCP Cloud Functions and PGAdmin. The result was full data ownership, easier internal data management, and a scalable platform, with report generation cut from minutes to seconds and database changes reduced from two weeks to just a few seconds.
