Village of Tinley Park Police Station Parking Lot Renovation

The Village of Tinley Park, a community spanning parts of Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, needed to improve the appearance of its police station parking lot. Although the existing parking lot lights were still working, they were outdated and weathered, with peeling paint that created a poor impression of the facility. To address this challenge, the village turned to Gordian and its ezIQC® procurement solution to move quickly on the renovation.

Gordian helped the Village of Tinley Park partner with FH Paschen to complete the project, with a joint scope meeting held just three days after the work was identified. The light poles were sandblasted, powder coated, and fitted with new LED streetlights, improving the site’s appearance and community image. The renovation cost $63,794 and was completed in about three weeks, while ezIQC provided a fast, cost-controlled process with vetted contractors and reliable quality.
