Ada-Borup School faced an urgent space challenge when Norman County West High School students were set to join the district, creating a sudden enrollment increase with only one summer to prepare. Gordian helped Ada-Borup move quickly with a school addition built by Nor-Son Construction, avoiding the delays of traditional procurement. The project was completed in time for fall break, saving about four months of work and cutting costs by nearly half, while also allowing the team to handle an unexpected geothermal line relocation without major disruption.
