The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) faced the challenge of maintaining its vast network of over 1,200 facilities and grounds, requiring a procurement process for numerous renovations and repairs. To manage a specific, urgent project to replace unsafe brick pavers at Dodson Middle School, LAUSD turned to vendor Gordian and utilized their Job Order Contracting solution to rapidly approve and issue funding.
