Georgia Southern cuts through the backlog with JOC

Georgia Southern University, the state’s largest and most comprehensive center of higher education south of Atlanta, faced a growing backlog of deferred maintenance and construction projects on its 1,000-acre Statesboro campus. With fierce competition for quality contractors, rising prices, and short project windows—especially during summer months—Georgia Southern needed a faster way to keep facilities up to standard.
