Dover Public Schools wanted to transform a frequently used hallway at Dover High School into a more modern, “college atmosphere” for students, but the renovation had to be completed over the summer and stay within budget. To meet the tight timeline and cost constraints, the district turned to Gordian and its ezIQC solution through the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ).

Using Gordian’s ezIQC process, the project team quickly aligned on scope and began work almost immediately, with Lighton Industries completing the hallway upgrades, including new wall, ceiling, and floor finishes. Gordian helped Dover Public Schools finish the renovation on time for students’ return and on budget, with the $231,202 project progressing from identification on April 23 to completion on September 6.
