Wheatley Park School - Customer Case Study

Wheatley Park School, an academy in Oxford, England, wanted to modernize its learning environment while keeping teaching simple and accessible for students and staff. Working with Google for Education, the school began using Google Workspace for Education and Chromebooks to replace outdated systems, streamline access to learning materials, and support a more connected classroom experience.

Google for Education helped Wheatley Park School roll out a one-to-one Chromebook program, with 500–600 Chromebooks in use and 100% of students using Google Workspace for Education. The result was easier lesson delivery, faster collaboration, better engagement, and more personalized learning, with teachers saving time on tasks like sharing materials, marking work, and setting catch-up activities. During school closures, students were still able to attend lessons remotely and keep learning, showing the value of the Google for Education ecosystem.
