How Shivaami helped streamline processes with Google for Education tools

Navodaya Primary English High School, a large school community with nearly 4,000 students and more than 100 educators and support staff, was struggling to manage assessments, attendance, and large-scale online engagement during the pandemic. The school needed a better way to connect students, parents, extended family, and staff while continuing its holistic education approach, and turned to Google for Education’s Workspace for Education Teaching and Learning Upgrade.

Google for Education, implemented with support from Shivaami Cloud Services, migrated the school to Google Workspace for Education in just one week and provided Google IDs, training, and ongoing support. The result was easier enrollment, better assessment tracking, improved collaboration through Google Meet and Classroom, stronger data collection and storage, and more flexible learning and engagement for the whole school community.
