VAV International School in India, a K-12 school serving 1,000+ students, needed a more secure and cost-effective IT environment that would support curriculum planning, collaboration, attendance, and assessments. With limited devices, low tech awareness in the region, and staff spending hours on manual processes, the school turned to Google for Education for help, including Google Workspace for Education and Classroom.

Google for Education, working with IT partner CloudReign Technologies, helped VAV International School adopt Google Workspace for Education Plus, Chromebooks, and related tools such as Google Classroom and Google Slides. The results included a 50%+ reduction in admin hours, a 100% increase in engagement from students and staff, a 90% rise in student engagement, and a move from 30 shared PCs to 125 student-owned Chromebooks plus 75 shared devices, while also cutting annual IT costs by more than half.
