At St. Norbert College, G Suite brings easy collaboration, communication, and information-sharing to campus

St. Norbert College, a private Catholic liberal arts college in Wisconsin, struggled with inflexible email systems, paper-based workflows, and inefficient information sharing that slowed collaboration across campus. Working with Google for Education, the college adopted G Suite for Education to give students, faculty, and staff better access to email, documents, and coursework from any device.

Google for Education helped St. Norbert College streamline key processes with shared storage, Google Forms, Apps Script, and App Maker, including course catalog updates, event registrations, and Tech Bar training approvals. The new workflows reduced back-and-forth email chains, improved accuracy, and saved time, while supporting BYOD and helping the college maintain access during outages; notably, 90% of students already arrived using Google products, making adoption easier.
