At Carlynton Junior-Senior High School, coaching and support inspire teachers to engage students with technology

Carlynton Junior-Senior High School worked with Google for Education to address a lack of classroom technology and limited teacher confidence in using it. Through the Dynamic Learning Project, the school received Chromebooks and support to help teachers adopt Google Workspace tools and build skills for using technology in more transformative ways.

Google for Education provided coaching and training that helped school leaders support teachers, celebrate early wins, and tailor help to different comfort levels. As a result, about 80% of teachers now use Google Classroom, student engagement and collaboration have increased, and the school has also strengthened online safety education with Be Internet Awesome while seeing steady gains in state assessments.
