Arcadia Unified School District, a K–12 public school district serving 9,701 students across 11 schools, needed a better way to support teaching, learning, and district operations as student engagement and collaboration demands grew. Working with Google for Education, the district adopted Chromebooks and Google Workspace for Education to move beyond overloaded legacy systems and create a more connected, self-directed learning environment.

Google for Education helped Arcadia Unified roll out Chromebooks district-wide with strong infrastructure, professional development, and technology coaching, while administrators first used Google tools themselves to drive adoption. The results were significant: 74% of teachers said Google products improved the quality of student work, 79% of students said feedback from teachers improved, and 83% of students said Google products improved their work quality. Students also became more collaborative and engaged, with 70% collaborating with peers at least monthly and 59% creating original content at least once a month.
