Voximplant, a serverless communications platform for real-time voice, video, and messaging, needed a way to scale globally while adding advanced speech recognition and conversational AI features for its customers. The company turned to Google Cloud Platform, using Cloud Speech-to-Text API and Dialogflow to build more capable call-center tools and support a growing volume of international traffic.

With Google Cloud Platform, Voximplant created a scalable cloud architecture and integrated voice bots and transcription in more than 120 languages. The results included processing over 1 million minutes of speech per month, reducing server setup time during traffic spikes from two days to under 30 minutes, and helping automated agents resolve up to 60% of simple inquiries so live agents could focus on more complex cases.
