Vectra, Poland’s largest cable operator, needed to rapidly scale its data warehouse after acquiring Multimedia Polska, growing to four times its original size in just a few months. The company also had to process massive network data faster, improve customer service, and keep infrastructure costs and security under control. Vectra turned to Google Cloud Platform, using services such as BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Datastream, and Cloud Run.

With Google Cloud Platform, Vectra cut data processing time from three weeks to under five minutes for 43 billion events, scaled storage and systems by 10x with little infrastructure overhead, and improved sales call conversion by 2x. The company also reduced call center volume by 40%, created environments in hours instead of weeks, and lowered marketing environment costs to under 2,000 PLN per month, while strengthening security through automated access controls.
