Utility Warehouse Boosting customer and partner experiences with a data mesh, analytics, and AI

Utility Warehouse, one of the UK’s leading multiservice utilities providers with more than 800,000 customers, needed to become more data-driven and improve customer and partner experience as it scaled. The company used Google Cloud, including BigQuery and Looker, to create a cloud data platform that could support analytics, AI, and faster decision-making across the business.

With Looker, Utility Warehouse enabled more than 200 users across departments to explore BigQuery data, build reports, and generate daily insights. The new platform helped reduce time to production, improved responsiveness to market changes, and supported AI initiatives such as customer trend analysis and model monitoring through its Heimdall tool.
