TRT3 ensures cost savings and agile services by adding collaborative resources to its routine

TRT3, the Regional Labor Court for Brazil’s 3rd Region, needed better collaboration tools and a more agile way to support remote work and citizen services across Minas Gerais. With support from Google Cloud Platform and RW3 Tecnologia, the court chose Google Workspace to improve security, usability, and communication while modernizing its operations.

Google Cloud Platform helped TRT3 migrate 30 TB of data and 5,000 Gmail accounts to the cloud, enable remote service through Google Meet’s virtual service desk, and streamline collaboration with Chat and Docs. The results included a 15% reduction in annual discretionary expenses, stronger teamwork in drafting and reviewing minutes, and a more efficient, scalable digital workflow for staff and citizens.
