Transforming industrial product supply into businesses with cloud AI and data

Moglix, an industrial product ecommerce platform, needed a faster way to match customers with highly specific products and vendors, while improving search, sourcing, and data operations. With Google Cloud Platform, Moglix used Vertex AI and other cloud services to modernize its AI-driven commerce and supplier discovery workflows.

Google Cloud Platform implemented generative AI, OCR, and BigQuery-based analytics to automate customer support, vendor discovery, and product data extraction. The results included a chatbot resolving about 60% of queries, over 500 orders worth more than INR 21 lakhs in three months, connections with 550 suppliers, sourcing efficiency growth from about INR 12 crore to 50 crore per quarter, a 50% improvement in operational efficiency, and reporting up to 50X faster.
