Tidas enhances its cloud infrastructure and triples its environment's store base

Tidas, a Brazil-based financial services company, needed a more cost-effective and flexible cloud environment for its web-based credit solution, which helps retailers manage installment sales, receivables, guaranteed payments, and debt collection. Before working with Looker, Tidas had been limited by its previous cloud provider’s costs, flexibility, and payment options, and it wanted a platform that could better support growth and simplify operations.

Looker’s solution, delivered with support from Movti, helped redesign Tidas’s cloud environment and improve performance using tools such as Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, Cloud SQL, Datastream, and BigQuery. The results included 30% cost savings after migration, 50% higher resource availability, faster feature development and app uploads, and quicker data analytics, while helping Tidas scale to more than 1,500 stores.
