Google Cloud Platform helped Temus use Gemini and Vertex AI to summarize candidate experience from unstructured resume text and surface key information for hiring managers. The result was a dramatic reduction in review time for about 50 resumes, from three to four hours down to just 10 minutes, while also improving candidate quality, manager engagement, and overall productivity.
