Tera, a Brazilian professional education company, needed to remove bottlenecks in its payment and sales cycle as it scaled its digital training business. To do that, Tera worked with Google Cloud Platform and used services such as App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Build, and Google Drive.

Google Cloud Platform helped Tera integrate its course sales processes into the cloud and automate workflows through PipeDrive-connected systems. The results were significant: daily customer service capacity grew from 7 to 45 students, the sales cycle dropped from 25 to 15 days, and annual revenue increased by 35%.
