Telepass Serving customers better with mobility as a service on Google Cloud

Telepass, a mobility services company, was challenged by growing infrastructure demands and the need for greater scalability, stability, and faster innovation. To address this, it worked with Google Cloud Platform using Compute Engine and SAP on Google Cloud to modernize its environment and support real-time operations at higher data volumes.

Google Cloud Platform implemented a customized cloud infrastructure that lets Telepass scale on demand, add resources in minutes, and test and deploy updates with minimal disruption. The results included smoother service, near zero unplanned downtime, and the ability to process around two to three terabytes of data per day, while also enabling the IT team to build new features faster and plan future use of Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, and serverless capabilities.
