Techreo moves its financial services digital platform to Google Cloud

Techreo, a Mexican IT and marketing company serving unbanked and underserved people with digital financial services, faced the challenge of consolidating a fragmented multi-cloud environment. To improve scalability, analytics, security, and high availability, Techreo chose to migrate its backend, architecture, networking, and data engineering services to Google Cloud Platform, including tools like Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage.

Google Cloud Platform helped Techreo centralize operations, simplify management, and improve platform uptime and flexibility. The migration also enabled 24/7 support for regulated financial institutions and helped one associated institution in Mexico grow its customer base from 250,000 to 650,000 in just two years, while Techreo expanded into Bolivia and continued scaling its digital services.
