Taihe Interactive Optimizing gaming experiences for gamers around the world with a highly connected global network

Taihe Interactive, a Beijing-based mobile game developer and distributor, needed a more powerful cloud infrastructure to support its action role-playing games worldwide. The company was facing long latency, network disruptions, monthly VM outages, and DDoS risks that hurt the player experience and made it harder to scale with Google Cloud Platform.

Google Cloud Platform helped Taihe Interactive migrate Dynasty Legends 2 to a global cloud environment using Virtual Private Cloud, Compute Engine, Cloud Load Balancing, and Translation AI. The new setup cut latency from over 200 microseconds to 80–90 microseconds, reduced connectivity complaints from 30–50 per week to 10 in 10 months, lowered user churn by 20%, saved 30% in operational costs, and improved security by preventing DDoS attacks.
