SYSCOM, a Taiwan-based system integration company, helped the Taipei CPA Association modernize its 10-year-old on-prem administration system. The association needed to digitize paperwork, reduce maintenance burdens, and meet Taiwan’s strict data residency and security requirements, so it turned to Google Cloud Platform for a public cloud solution.

Using Google Cloud Platform’s Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Run, SYSCOM migrated the system to the cloud in just two months. The new platform shortened administrative processing from hours to seconds, cut VM costs by 30–40%, reduced operational overhead, and enabled rapid adoption, with 80% of members using the system shortly after launch.
