Sunman Group, Turkey’s leading toy company behind Toyzz Shop, needed a better way to communicate with its 2,000 employees, especially sales staff spread across more than 200 stores. Working with Google Cloud Platform and implementation partner Global IT, the company wanted a cost-effective, easy-to-manage intranet and employee portal that could replace paper-based processes and improve access to HR, documents, and training.

Google Cloud Platform and Global IT delivered SUNPORT, a custom intranet built on Google Cloud and integrated with Google Workspace, App Engine, Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy, and related services. The portal digitized HR and payroll workflows, enabled mobile access, and improved visibility for managers, leading to 100% performance review participation, 90% less paper waste, and a 15% reduction in employee turnover.
