St. Luke’s Medical Center Delivering quality healthcare with secure online collaboration to keep patients and staff safe

St. Luke’s Medical Center, a leading healthcare institution in the Philippines, needed a secure way to support teleconsultations, improve collaboration, and protect sensitive patient data while complying with privacy and accreditation rules. The hospital turned to Google Cloud Platform, using Google Workspace tools such as Google Meet, Docs, Drive, Sheets, Forms, and Calendar to modernize communication and patient access.

With support from Google Cloud Platform and partner Kollab, St. Luke’s Medical Center migrated archived email, enabled secure video visits, and streamlined file sharing and team coordination. The result was stronger data privacy, less on-premises server maintenance, faster collaboration across 5,000+ associates, and the ability to respond to a 38x increase in telehealth demand during lockdown with virtual doctor visits.
