The company chose Google Cloud Platform, using its AI and machine learning services to build Qapter, a touchless claims solution for drivers, insurers, and repair technicians.

Google Cloud Platform helped Solera implement Qapter with tools like Google Kubernetes Engine, TensorFlow, Cloud Vision, Cloud GPUs, and TPU-based processing to identify damage, extract vehicle data, and generate repair estimates from photos. The result was a faster, more scalable claims process that could auto-authorize 50% of damage claims and cut estimating costs by nearly half, while reducing human interaction and getting vehicles back on the road sooner.
