SM Supermalls, one of Southeast Asia’s largest mall developers, needed to modernize its manual, paper-heavy process for tenants submitting quarterly and yearly tax forms, which was slow, error-prone, and costly for both tenants and the accounting team. The company worked with Google Cloud Platform and Senti AI to replace its on-premises portal and streamline Form 2307 submissions.

Using Google Cloud Platform services including Document AI, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Logging, Secret Manager, and Cloud Armor, SM Supermalls built a secure, scalable portal for electronic form submission and automated data extraction. The new solution reduced processing time by 67% for nearly 30,000 forms per quarter, increased portal usage from 70% to 96%, eliminated downtime during peak periods, and securely stored about 60GB of sensitive data.
