Google Cloud Platform helped New York City Cyber Command implement SRE practices across internal systems and third-party application onboarding. The result was fewer production incidents, less data loss, and significantly better data quality delivered to users. The team also strengthened collaboration across development, operations, and networking, operating more like a single unit and improving their ability to support systems at scale.
