Shipper, a transportation and logistics company in Indonesia, needed a better way to connect its 500+ employees, secure distributed information, and improve data access as it scaled across offices in Jakarta and Hangzhou. Working with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace, and supported by partner PointStar, Shipper aimed to overcome fragmented tools and complex integration challenges while improving collaboration and analytics.

Google Cloud Platform helped Shipper migrate to Google Workspace and BigQuery, integrating Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, and cloud-based security controls to streamline communication and data workflows. The result was at least a 50% productivity improvement, faster query performance, smoother data import/export, and stronger protection for sensitive information, including 9,337 confidential and top-secret documents safeguarded in just three months.
