SHAREit needed a more cost-effective, scalable way to support its multi-cloud big data architecture and improve analytics for product development. Working with Looker and using Google Cloud services such as DataCake, SHAREit sought to reduce infrastructure costs, speed deployment, and make better use of cloud resources while supporting its file-sharing business.

Looker helped SHAREit implement a more efficient data and analytics setup built on Google Cloud, including GKE, Spot VMs, BigQuery, and Firebase. The result was faster deployment, 15% higher scaling efficiency, 20%–40% faster task execution, and 30%–50% lower costs for certain workloads, with Spot VMs helping cut compute costs significantly and BigQuery reducing data warehouse expenses while improving team collaboration and processing speed.
