Sayurbox, an Indonesian farm-to-table ecommerce platform, needed to speed up same-day delivery of fresh produce and reduce the time spent manually planning driver routes across complex urban areas. With support from Google Cloud Platform through Google Maps Platform products such as the Geocoding API, Geolocation API, and Maps JavaScript API, the company set out to build a more efficient digital supply chain.

Google Cloud Platform helped Sayurbox automate route planning and intelligent driver assignment, cutting a task that once took more than six hours down to under 10 minutes. The results included a 2x improvement in last-mile delivery speed, a 25% reduction in cost per order, and the ability to handle a 3X surge in demand while creating more delivery slots and increasing revenue.
