Sansan, Inc. helps companies digitally transform sales and launched Bill One, a cloud-based invoice receiving and management solution, to digitize and centrally manage enterprise invoices. To support this new business, Sansan turned to Google Cloud Platform and its fully managed services to build a scalable, flexible development environment while keeping operations lean.

Google Cloud Platform implemented a DevOps stack using services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Trace, Cloud Armor, and Vision AI to streamline invoice processing and improve observability. The results included 99.9% digitization accuracy, reduced infrastructure management needs, and a tenfold increase in recurring monthly revenue compared with November 2021, while enabling Sansan to scale Bill One with a small internal team.
