SanCor Salud drives collaboration with Google Workspace to improve its members’ experience

SanCor Salud, one of Argentina’s largest healthcare providers, needed to accelerate digital transformation and break down silos between teams so it could improve collaboration and member experience. Working with Google Cloud Platform through Google Workspace, the company also needed a cloud-based approach that employees would actually adopt, along with training to support the change.

Google Cloud Platform, via Google Workspace and support from partner Meriti, helped SanCor Salud migrate email and more than 60,000 documents, roll out Calendar, Meet, Drive, Forms, and Sites, and create training spaces for staff adoption. The results included 91% positive user experiences, 33,000 video calls in two months, nearly 30 virtual trainings in a month, and $2.5 million in annual savings from reducing physical planner purchases.
